Hi, I’m Allison McKeany, a Registered Dietitian on a mission to reframe how you think about health — without shame, pressure, or overwhelm.
For the last 15 years, I have been working to help my patients improve their health one small change at a time. I do that by being real, taking the time to connect, and wading through all the nutrition “shoulds” to provide realistic and sustainable ways to live better.
While my first passion is working with patients one-on-one, Put Your Food to Work is part of my effort to spread the word that eating well and improving health doesn’t have to be limiting.

What is Put Your Food to Work?
I have often said that food should work for you, not against you. Food should nourish and satisfy you without breaking the bank or handcuffing you to the kitchen.
