Question, I have had breast cancer that was estrogen receptive and was told tofu increases estrogen so should not eat it, is this true?

Current research and major cancer organizations (including American Cancer Society, AICR, & MD Anderson) find that moderate soy intake is safe and may even reduce recurrence risk, even in breast cancer survivors. Though, please remember that this is generalized information, so please speak with your healthcare team about any concerns you have. I used to enjoy eating tofu years ago but then all the talk about how it could contribute to breast cancer turned me away. Thank you for clarifying it’s a safe food!!

I've had non stop company so I've missed most of your talks at the Vintage House. Hope to be able to start again end of July. They are so informative.
