Because when it comes to bold flavors and satisfying meals, you really don’t need the bun, the wrap, or the deep-fried shell to enjoy them. Whether it’s taco night, burger night, or just a fridge full of leftovers, layering your favorite combos over fresh greens turns comfort food into a healthy eating win-win.
This approach couldn’t ring more true this time of year as the weather heats up and the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven or sit down to a heavy meal.
