Burger Salad

One of my many "put it on a salad!" recipes

I interrupt our month of tofu recipes to go another direction completely. It is heating up in California, and that means cooking outside (or no cooking at all):

*My current favorite is a homemade Greek yogurt-based dressing or this brand, if I’m short on time.
