Good morning and happy June - many of you know that about 9 months ago I started hosting a live show on my local community radio, KSVY 91.3. I’ve been posting the audio and show notes on insightintohealth.substack.com.
It has been a crash course in getting out of my comfort zone, being ok with making mistakes, and learning to explain things without my hands.1
Plus, it has given me the perfect excuse to get to know more of the awesome people in my community (after I awkwardly ask them to come on air with me, that is).
