Even the stuff you posted in 2022 has been helpful to me, particularly regarding protein and satiety. There've been a couple times when my wife and I have done vegetarian weeks or months without fried food or whatever where I've planned ahead on "Okay but then what will be our proteins?" to enable us to make it through them (making salads to fill the veggie requirements in pretty much any diet is easy).
